In a foundry, patterns serve as replicas of the objects to be cast, shaping the cavity into which molten metal is poured. Metals of Bahrain's Tool Room and Pattern Shop crafts these patterns with precision, designed to exacting standards to ensure dimensionally accurate castings and longevity across repeat production runs.

Our shop works with polystyrene, wood, aluminium and resin board to accommodate varying casting requirements across oil and gas, infrastructure, railways, construction, aerospace and general manufacturing.

• 3-Axis CNC Router MIT1530-ATC Automatic tool-change CNC router for efficient, multi-operation pattern machining - reducing set-up time and ensuring dimensional accuracy across production runs.
• Wood Planer Machine Delivers smooth, precise surface finishing on completed wooden patterns, ensuring clean mould impressions and accurate cavity dimensions.
